With Summer just around the corner, it’s time to start thinking about sunglasses! A good pair of sunnies can make your face look gorgeous or totally unflattering so it’s important to know what the right ones are for you. These are from TopShop all around £20

If you have an Oval face shape, you can pretty much have any shape you want since your proportions are so balanced! However, you may find that wide frames are best for you.
If your face shape is more Square then you’ll need a slightly curved frame to take the sharpness away from your face. You can also go for narrow shapes that are quite thin for bigger eyes.
Round faces are the opposite to square so if you have a round face, you’ll need square frames for contrast. Narrow frames will also help lengthen your face.

Shape up for the summer! If you want an easy fix for a bit of toning, try flexing your stomach muscles while you’re walking, you’ll see results in no time! Also, Sketchers tones your legs and bum without you realising it.
“I think there’s a fine line between being a slut and being classy. I walk in-between that line.”

Last week was the kick off for Coachella Festival 2012 and so let the Festival fashion commence! If you’re stuck on festival outfit ideas and last week’s blog post didn’t help, this will surely get your brain flowing! Just check out some of my favourite outfits from the weekend:

What a comeback from Lindsay Lohan! With her gorgeous red hair, toned arms, fresh tan and cute lace, she certainly did herself justice! Rihanna as the queen of attitude is rocking the studded shorts and Peace crop top - both from TopShop. While Vanessa is the queen of Coachella she just couldn’t wait to get those feathers back! Dree and Paris on the other hand are Boho goddesses in their long flowing skirts.

Our hair can barely keep up with us blow-drying, curling and straightening it so help it a bit. Lightly mist your hair with a heat protection spray before to keep your glossy locks in check. My favourite is TRESemmè heat protection spray and it smells great!
It’s that wondrous time again where wellies are in and mud is welcome! Festival season is back so it’s time to whip out those frayed shorts, feather headbands and crop tops. Topshop has the best of this (as usual) so let’s get started!

So, there are a few looks you can go for within the “festival” category: biker, hippie or a sort of 90s chick. The girly biker would consist of a black biker jacket, a lace dress or top and wellies (see Alexa and Fearne below). The lace is a must since it breaks up the masculinity and stops you from becoming a Hells Angel all round. The hippie includes peace symbols, flowers, feathers and face paint (gotta love the face paint, à la Vanessa) or you could go a bit more 60s girly like Pixie (below)

Part three of the DIY beauty treatments is for a hair mask making your hair soft and shiny! Get together with some friends for a pamper party and try these recipes for the ultimate girls night in.
You’ll need:
Mash the banana and mix in all the ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Then wrap a towel around your shoulders to catch any drips and smooth mixture over your hair. Leave for about 1 hour and then wash your hair thoroughly.

Star of The Hills as well as an author, fashion designer and fashion blogger, LC is the queen of fashion! She’s got killer looks to match her killer heels and her trademark glossy blonde hair has been the envy of most teenage girls but the best part? Her fashion book Style tells you all the secrets to her style from every girl’s wardrobe essentials to the best jeans for your body.
So what are the essentials I hear you cry? Every girl needs a little black dress, jeans, a collared button-down, a skirt, boots, black and white tops, black heels, a blazer and a coat. The book contains so many little secrets and cheats to get you looking the best you can be. I seriously recommend this book to every single one of you, there are so many books out there that promise “the inside secrets” but tell what you already know or show a look that you would never ever wear. This one is different, although I warn you may finish reading it feeling a little bit in love with her.
OK, a lot.

For part two of my DIY beauty treatment you’ll have fabulous feet with this soothing foot spa! You’ll need:
In a large bowl, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, milk, water and perfume/essential oil. Then pour your mixture into a washing up bowl of hot water and soak for 5-10 minutes. Finally, wash your skin with a gentle soap and dry thoroughly. Then you’re rejuvenated for your next all-day shopping trip!
